These terms explain how shopping at BRINVOLIS works. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy. If anything is unclear, email us before ordering.
Shopping with us
Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Keep any account login details private. You must be an adult able to enter into a purchase agreement to place an order.
Products and prices
BRINVOLIS focuses on furniture and home storage. Check the dimensions, materials, finish and assembly details on each product page before buying. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. Prices and the final order total are shown at checkout in US dollars. Standard shipping within the United States is free.
If a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to explain it and offer the choice of proceeding on corrected terms or receiving a refund. A change to a listing does not by itself change an order already accepted.
Delivery and changes
Orders are prepared within 0–1 day, followed by an estimated 3–4 days in transit. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Once dispatched, we may need to follow the return process instead. Our Shipping Policy explains the delivery estimates and how to report a problem.
Returns and refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing [email protected]. Customer service supplies the current overseas return address. The buyer pays return shipping for non-quality returns; we pay it for quality issues. After receipt, refund review takes 2 days, and an approved refund is processed within 5 days to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to post it.
Safe use and website content
Follow the product instructions for assembly, installation, care and any stated load limits. Do not use the website to interfere with its operation, misuse another person’s information or submit unlawful content. Text, images and branding on this website belong to their respective owners; using the store does not grant permission to reproduce them commercially.
Problems and your rights
If an item or service falls short, contact us with your order details so we can work through the issue. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We may update these terms for future use of the store; the terms applicable when you placed an order continue to govern that order.
