We serve customers in the United States with free standard shipping. Orders are prepared within 0–1 day, and estimated shipping time is 3–4 days after dispatch. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
If a piece does not work for you, contact us first for the current overseas return address. You cover return shipping for non-quality returns; we cover it for quality issues. Refund review takes 2 days after the return arrives, followed by processing within 5 days once approved.
